Some guys finish puberty around 20ish. I was one of them. My face looked a lot more masculine at 20 than 17. My cock and balls also got bigger and hairier, I got more muscular, etc.

Depending on your genetics lots of changes can happen after you turn 17. But for most people they wont change much after that. You can still experience growth in height and body size, even changes in hair color happened to me, but its usually minor stuff. I am the same size I was when I was 16 and most people are in the same position. I am not sure about taking hormones/supplements and that kind of stuff after 17. Most of your changes after 17 are downhill for your looks unfortunately.
