18 is too high. Some people can maintain 10% so if you can great otherwise just be as lean as possible while still having good qol

I have a great maxilla and cheekbone development thank god

I got a small skull but when I’m 15 my bones go crazy. (Not small but 50th percentile which is considered small here)
