What bodyfat percentage am I currently?

My goal is to cut to 10% and lean bulk maintaining the 10%.

forget the cut, your hips are wide and it looks like you train obliques so ur waist has that weird inwards curve.

Your gnna need to bulk up and then refrain from training obliques and spam shoulders and lats to get that V taper

i don’t train obliques. it’s just my bones.

the reason i’m cutting is because of the facial fat in especially around the chin area and some in the cheeks, and not really much for the physique purpose.

what do you think my current bodyfat is?

problem is you’re already kinda lean i’d say do a lean bulk then do a cut at least u’ll have more muscle to begin with

i thought i’m 18% ngl. cuz i don’t have defined shoulders or abs. i’m stronger most of my classmates. lifts are 265/205/345. sbd. been running phraks grey skull lp for the past 5 months.

Try debloating first , do facial massages reduce salt intake maximise potassium intake , reduce carbs do some cardio , and if that didn’t work then yeah only fat removal procedures are your savior, ngl i’m kinda like you , i’m considering submental fat removal in the future
 
you're still pinching quite a lot of fat, you're just low muscle thats why it looks like you're lean but not. I'd keep cutting
