I think raw sexual appeal and beauty are connected but separate, like you say hands and wrists are not really sexually enticing but they make up part of the attractive woman and add to the sexual appeal. The voice is also an extremely underappreciated element of attraction, I think a very appealing voice can turn an average looking person into a very appealing one especially in a face to face conversation
