What body type is most appealing to woman?

I don’t know what i should aim for, i don’t know whether to get the barrett build for my face, or build an aesthetic physique but ruin my face while i bulk. I know big and bulky doesn’t appeal to girls. So, which is better, aesthetics or model build?

Do a bulk with only a slight surplus, heavy bulking to the point where u get fat is a meme. Up your test so you actually gain muscle. Don’t get bulky, build proportional muscles and stay low body fat.

stay low bf <15% while maintaining a moderate amount of muscles. It's quite simple actually.

As a natty you'll never gain too much muscle if you are also lean.

Just lift, hit one gram of protein per lb of bodyweight a day, and stay lean.
