I’d say anything under 15 but above 11. 14% would be the ideal sweet spot. 14% percent is also the borderline between ‘athletic’ and ‘fit’ in the BMI standard classification.

nah, whats happening in the fitness social media currently is overcompensation for previously overrating bf%. For example, before many fitness bloggers claimed being 10% or even under 10% bf while they were actually like 10-15%. Currently, the opposite is happening (good example is what lizokryptonian doing, check it out on youtube) - underrating, placing single digit bf individuals, who are actually like 7-9% as 10%, so the off is like -2 or -3 bf%. Often comapring to the conditioning of the "ifbb pro stage ready 4% bodybuilders".

For example this lizokryptoninan rated this russian bald saitama dude as fucking 8-9 bf while he looks like this, no comments...
