Bad pic, need one where vascularity can be assessed, sub 15 is all I can say.

thats what i thought aswell, around that range, will it be dangerous going lower than this? In regards to athletic performance and hormones?

It is different for most people but I think 10 is ideal, it gets harder to sustain muscle the further below this you go especially if you have alot without an excessive protein intake which can be taxing on the body.

I just wanna keep getting bigger and leaner but there is diminishing returns and i dont wanna fuck up my health for more muscle, for example i dont wanna fuck up autophagy in order to gain more muscle

Some have no trouble sustaining 8% but for others being 12% is good enough.

Hmm cant answer this one.

@forevergymcelling any thoughts?
 
dont go lower than 10%, if u wanna make your Johnson happy from time to time
