What bodyfat to cut to before starting a two year long lean bulk?

I'm currently at week 12 of my cut. Hovering around 12% bodyfat.
Should I cut down to 10% before starting a 2 year lean bulk (0.5kg per month)?

I would approximate that it would take around half a year to gain 1% of bodyfat bulking that slowly, meaning at the end of the bulk it would only be extra 4% of bodyfat that I gained.

Would it be better to start at 10% or 12%?
 
dont bulk for that long, diminishing returns.

Bulk for 1 year (+6kg), Cut for 6 weeks (-3kg), Repeat?
U should not be bulking for that long. 6 months max for dirty bulk if you have the willpower, longer for lean bulks

Not doing a dirty bulk again, was not worth it. 0.5kg/month max lean bulk. Would 1 year be a good target?
 
Get to the point where you have veins running up your abdomen and striated quads then bulk. That is 8%.

Isn't that too low bodyfat for female attention? Death face, you know? I heard 10-12% is the peak
