I'm currently at week 12 of my cut. Hovering around 12% bodyfat.
Should I cut down to 10% before starting a 2 year lean bulk (0.5kg per month)?
I would approximate that it would take around half a year to gain 1% of bodyfat bulking that slowly, meaning at the end of the bulk it would only be extra 4% of bodyfat that I gained.
Would it be better to start at 10% or 12%?
