My man, make sure to reply to me so that i noticeThanks, And is there anything for superior growth?
So its recessed right? And theres nothing i can do except surgery and copeYes it is maxilla.
Your issue is midfacial retrusion where you lack maxillary anterior development.
You have solid frontal and chin projection tho
Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)
Your midface is recessed yes, but i recommend not doing any intervention only based on your side profile, first you need a solid front analysis so that you can consider solutions. So its recessed right? And theres nothing i can do except surgery and cope
Also my moms close friend is an orthodontist so i can gain access to some products easily. Ive seen this guy on tik tok with full head gear like willy wonka. To answer your question; yes, le fort i is what can fix your recession
Your major flaws are long midface (low midface ratio) and narrow iaa. These issues have little to do with lacking maxillary expansion (which expanders are supposed to address); they are caused by downward growth.View attachment 4468148Give me an advice please. I have asymmetry and jaw clicks, so i am planning to see a doctor to get a palatal expander. Are any of those available in other variations to help my maxilla?

You can still go and see the doctor, but i recommend not putting yourself through the troubles of getting an expander without getting actual results
Yes my broIsnt narrow iaa caused by long midface tho?
Yes my bro
Downward growth = long midface = low midface ratio and narrow iaa
Your problem is that you have mistaken superior growth (maxillary elevation) with forward growth (maxillary projection)Isnt more projected maxilla= forward growth=nose being lifted by the angle upward= midface from the front angle appealing shorter?
Im am sorry if i wrote some bullshit
