obsessing over the number is pointless as you're never truly gonna know your bf % anyways, just cut until you're content with the way you look. you still have a considerable amount of bodyfat.

Could be a bone density problem , there is this youtuber "vitruvian physique" who's 5'11 - 6' and even when he's bulking to 205 210 , he never looks fat because he's blessed with good bones and genetics
