What braces do i pick

I'm 15 years old and i thought before what braces do i pick cause i dont want to be recessed that some people say what happens after wearing braces. I heard something that damon braces (something like that) are not recessing and even wide my palate. i have a big overbite wchich drop my confidence a lot when i talk with people.
What do i do?

braces never cause recession unless it includes removing teeth or using bands to move a lower or upper jaw

Use Damon braces they get glazed I never did research on them because I don’t use braces

i thought same but i heard some people talking that. but they can wide palate or narrow and it depends on what braces do i pick. idk if this is true
