Exams are coming up in around 100 days, so I am looking to increase cognitive endurance and memory consolidation long-term through supporting brain-health mechanisms. It seems like the best evidence-based stack for this OTC is CDP-choline combined with uridine monophosphate (and DHA but I'm getting that from diet), and phosphatidylserine on the side.
Problem is that the supplements are a little niche, so I am struggling to find brands that give independent lab testing, certificates of analysis (COA), or ConsumerLab/NSF/USP verification. I found them all on Nutricost for a nice price, but Nutricost has only a 1.8 rating on Trustpilot and has shown reluctance in giving COAs, so I don't trust them. There are ConsumerLab reports comparing brands for CDP-choline and phosphatidylserine, but they are locked behind a paywall.
Does anyone know any reputable brands for these supplements?
If you've tried these and seen the right effects, what brand was it?
Does anyone have access to ConsumerLab reports and could give me some insight?
