If you pay close attention to your subjective experience of having thoughts, they just arise in your mind spontaneously and you can't account for how your mind works, you can't decide to think the next thought that pops in your mind. So if I want to take a huge shit on a woman's face over even having sex, I don't feel bad because I didn't choose this mental state, the universe controls me.

sometimes ur brain just doesnt want anything to do with no free will

but objectively its true, there is no free will, i just cannot always be conscious of that, no free will is self-referential (u will not get this part, but i do)
