legit. supersets are good shitJust regular weight lifting doesn’t burn much calories. If you want to lose fat while lifting do not rest between sets. You obviously won’t be able to do multiple sets of the same exercise in a row so you will have to switch between them. After an hour of training like that you will be exhausted and burn more calories than after a cardio
