Just use your iPhone.
How:
Just lower the exposure a bit by tapping on yourself and sliding the sun icon down. Turn on the grid in your camera settings. Hold the phone at chest height or a little lower. Try to face the light instead of having it come from above. Use Portrait mode or the Vibrant/Rich Contrast style if you have it.
