Most people recommend HGH for getting taller, and I considered it because it's also said to be good for bone mass and muscle growth.

However, I've recently seen people saying that HGH doesn't make you exceed your genetic height potential. Instead, it only helps you reach that height more quickly, which may cause your growth plates to close earlier, meaning you wouldn't gain much extra height overall.

So I was wondering: is there anything you can take alongside HGH to prevent your growth plates from closing earlier? And is there even anything that would make it possible to grow beyond your genetic height potential?

Also, if I've misunderstood anything or gotten any of this wrong, please correct me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but FGFR3 inhibitors can bring someone past their genetic limit since it's your genetics that control how active FGFR3 is iirc, for example, people with achondroplasia or dwarfism have an overactive FGFR3 due to genetics iirc, so they use FGFR3 inhibitors to push them past how tall they were originally supposed to be.
