it does seem like some of the only ways to ascend eye area is surgery or some kind of growth hormone but it would help to ascend the areas around your eyes like eyelashes and eyebrows by dying them darker and using stuff like minox and dut

bimatoprost and minox are proven to work, but when using bima be sure you it doesn't touch your skin cause it will melt the fat pads
