What can be done about wide hips?

My clavicles are long like david laid but my fucking hips are wide and throws off my physique. Is their a surgery for this? I know it might not seem like a big deal and i agree in my case that its a minor flaw , is worth getting something like this fixed

I can only get wider unfortunately. Going to hop on a cycle and train shoulders and back like a psychopath
it can’t be that bad if u have wide clavicles, but yea just focus on shoulders and lats and you’ll be good

The only way to make it look better is to build muscle on your shoulders and try to get as much v taper as possible. Just google this same question and type looksmax or reddit in after and there are some transformations online you should look into for inspiration

build the upper body as much as possible to counteract the effects of the wide hips. simple
 
Best exercices at home?
try get ur hands on some rings and do ring pullups. If not u can do L-sit pullups with a pullup bar. You have underdeveloped lats if u cannot do atleast 10 perfectly executed L-sit pullups.

Wide hips are one of the most depressing things to have when it comes to building an attractive body, train your lats hard with pulldowns, pullups, etc, anything to mitigate it's visibility, better luck next time

Im in a tough situation with fitness , I absolutely need to build a bigger back and shoulders but im not in a ideal position to build mass on right now , i am trying to b lean
