What can facial exercises do (and not do) do they work?

I've seen a bunch of people claim facial exercises for a bunch of different things (canthal tilt, nasoblial folds, deeper set eyes, whatever issue you have basically.)

Are they worth doing? What benefit, if any, will I see from doing them? My main concerns are my canthal tilt, and (very slight) nasoblial folds.

Malaris hypertrophy is legit. Just squinch all day.

No exercises for your nasolabial folds.
 
From what I know, facial excercise can:
Decrease face bloating
Improve skin elasticity

Also very slight nasolabial folds are not a big deal
