What can give you UEE?

My eyes are fully hooded and I'm deathly afraid of getting even slight UEE. I started retin-a and am very careful to not put any below my eyebrows, is there anything else?

Either way I think with age you get more UEE but I could be wrong

Yeah I heard Latisse is extremely bad for UEE
