Im finally going to take my skin seriously so heres my routine so far
my skin is on the oily side btw:

PS: THIS IS DAILY

MORNING:
Cleanser: CeraVe acne control cleanser 2% salicylic acid

Clindamycin Phosphate Gel, 1%

Moisturizer: Then I apply Centella Soothing Cream (https://www.skin1004.com/products/skin1004-madagascar-centella-soothing-cream) A fellow looksmaxxer recommended me ts

Night:
Centella Soothing Cream same one as morning
Tretinoin: 0.025%

Im also drinking about 3L of water through out the day with decent meals
Im definitely going to start Accutane though later this year if this routine does not work out

Some questions I have are:
If I can use the same moisturizer for both morning and night?
If I need to add anything.

Dont dnr if you have something that could help me it will be very much appreciated

Remove is a better option.
Accutane, tretinoin, cleanser, spf, snail mucin.
And maybe Retinol pills (200k/day)

some serums would be the cherry on top, vitamin c serum/retinol

massaging the face gently too, would reduce the lymphatic drainage and help fight puffiness, relaxes you and boosts circulation or any muscle tension you're having (pretty underrated tbh)

also electrolytes are super important, if you're just spamming water you're getting all of them out which can do the opposite of what you kinda want

if you're relaxed and have a good diet you'll notice inflammation leaves the room asap

If you already consider accutane, just start with a higher dose of tretinoin 0,05% and see how you do before you go nuclear. And yes you can use the same moistruizer if you are a male, women use different moistruizer, lighter one during the day in order to be able to also wear make up.

Riemann p20 50spf mogs any sunscreen
I found taz harsh on my skin barrier
It is because its receptor affinity is so high and it has another mechanism so the peeling is gonna be worse, this makes it so strong which can make it harsh but its also what gives it consistently superior results

I don’t have any acne or scarring anymore but I’m still on tret so I still switch to taz?

the moisturizer both at day and night are fine, its a good moisturizer so youre good. use the tret first before the rest. add niacinamide in the morning

you shouldnt be cleansing in the mornings regardless. wash ur face with cold water and only cleanse at night
