What can i ascend to? (14 yrs old)

I think im a LTN right now but what can i ascend to if i debloat and get rid of all the acne and chew mastic gum? Maybe even get a tan?
My height is 184cm and i am a bloated gymcel right now but i will start aggressively cutting to 75kg (85kg rn) so i can have a lean face

you could ascend to high mtn by removing the acne and debloating
