What can I ascend to after Trimax with full facial implants?

I'm getting a trimax with CCW rotation with a jaw angle implant, saddled infra implant, malar implant, and upper eyelid fat grafting in 3 weeks. What can I realistically ascend to? I'll probably also get a supra implant and a rhino in the future since my nose will be even more pig like after the trimax. I know malar implants can easily make someone uncanny so I'm going to choose a small one.

Hard to say, depend on who is the surgeon. But if its jaw implant in the same surgery i guess its ramieri or giant. You got good potential.

You need quite large advancements, maybe 10+mm BSSO and 10mm genio. I don't see why you would want malar implants, you facial width isn't bad, your jaw width seems more an issue in ratios.

i dont think you need the malar implant or uee fat grafting

Best roi changes would be fixing the droopy lower eyelid and the jaw projection

also you havent even softmaxxed bro fix your eyebrows & eyelashes & hair

wouldn’t the malar implant give me more cheek projection and more hollow cheeks?

Malar is more for width afaik, you can just go with infraorbitals covering some of the zygos if you want more 3/4 profile cheekbone projection

Not to toot my own horn, but I think my morph below is much more realistic and aesthetic than the ones previously posted :feelsez: :

@zzdgfe here's the front profile morph, with the same alterations :

You should add an otoplasty to your list of surgeries. It would be silly to do all that heavy-duty stuff and to neglect such a high ROI & easy procedure. Don't know if Burak can take care of it in 3 weeks, but it's worth asking him. Anyway, the otoplasty is included in the morph above.

P.-S. rep my posts, those morphs took me a while

I just love when people go full on authist unrealist, sure with fillers it would be possible

How is my morph unrealistic ? I used actual pictures of bimax with ccw as a guideline. The chin isn't overprojected, although it's a major movement (genio will do some of the work). The simulated gonial implants seem pretty realistic to me as well.

Damn I didn't know that falio existed. Should I bring my chin down a few MMs in the genio so that I can bring the ramus down a bit and keep the same angle? @monecel

You augmented the biggest midface implants known to men, and the gonial implants was lowered more then a cm. Crazy delusions. Maybe if he did filler ok top after which is hella stupid but then maybe

Fair enough for the malar implant. Admittedly, I wasn't too sure of myself with this one. For someone with very low level alteration skills like me, it's hard to project 3D volumes on a surface with lighting/contrast only.

However, I disagree with your assessment regarding the gonial angles. I added mass and flaring, but the height follows more or less the original gonion. It hasn't been "lowered more than a cm" (or I don't understand what you're pointing at). See comparison below :

XurX9J0.jpeg

But maybe we're misunderstanding each other and you actually intended to react to the front profile morph (you quoted the side profile, hence my potential confusion). A reasonable argument could be made again about the malar implant's rendition. On the other hand, the augmented gonions don't seem so far-fetched (see comparison below). If unrealistic, it still looks good though

You extend the gonion implant backwards, and you dont know where his ramus bone is. I would say thats atleast 7-8 mm of height increase which is big.

@lurking truecel nigga you're calling me an autist while screeching about an estimated 7-8 mm on a non-contractual morph :lul:
See new comparison below. I barely changed shit. Yes, I extended the gonion a tiny bit backwards, my bad. And, sure, his ramus bone could actually stop a bit above the bottom red line (we don't know). Anyway, I'm not the surgeon, so he'll be fine

Initially, I was just saying that my morph was "more realistic and more aesthetic" than these :

( :lul: )
IF8Ksye.jpeg

( :feelswhy: )

... which it is. Notwithstanding the gonial positioning.

@zzdgfe do you have a CT scan so we can see where your ramus bone stands ? Did Burak send you some morphs and renders ? Were you appalled by my morphs like @lurking truecel ?

I thought your morph was good, my friends think the front profile looks uncanny but maybe that’s just bias of knowing what I look like now. I think it looks kind of normal the more I look at it.

Thanks for the scan. I don't have a trained eye to read this type of visual, so I can't comment or infer anything about your ramus. On the other hand, @lurking truecel could certainly do that.

Yes, this initial reaction is absolutely normal. All the more with a gif putting the emphasis on every change and showing your current face as a reminder.
The more I look at my morph, the more I like it, and the less "uncanny" it becomes. I think it makes you look quite handsome.
Here it is on its own :

5634259 ff2 1

You can see how the ipsilateral angle and the jaw frontal angle are nearly perfect (roughly 90° for the latter, which is ideal) :

5634259 ff2 1b

And, once again, you can see how much the proportions of your lower third have been changed to achieve this look :

Zzzzz1

I still find it fascinating how a few millimeters can drastically change a face. A few millimeters and improved angularity. Regarding the latter, I'm not sure a genioplasty will allow that type of result. You'll see. By the way, I have simply projected the chin downward to restore a chin-to-philtrum ratio of 2:1 (which is ideal).

Ah, and I disagree with another user who said earlier in this thread that fat grafting to the upper eyelid wasn't necessary. Based on this morph, I think it would make a nice difference to your eye area. Subtle yet impactful.

Thanks for the input. I believe the bizygomatic to jaw ratio is around 0.85 in the morph. Do you think it would be better to do a .9 ratio? And if it would be possible with the jaw implant. Would the jfa become worse?

Its eazy to morph, its hard to do surgery. Sot tissue and implant is never 1:1 so its hard to predict. And even more with bimax at the same time. Joints can be displaced and you are for off. Also the muscle is 1 cm thick with implant the muscle can be displacement and placed in another position so you even lose width if you unlucky depending on the implant design. The surgery is a gamble. Your morph is why many people ascend with fillers and look like rubber ducks because then you can moeph in real time

I'm pretty sure you did something with my eyes becuase the morph has a 2.9 pfl and the before is a 2.65 pfl. Also what do you think of what lurking trucel said?

You should ask your surgeon what can and cannot realistically be done.
But theoretically, sure, we could increase the bigonial width to match the optimal bigonial-to-bizygomatic range.
And the jfa wouldn't be affected.

Below, with a nearly 0.89 ratio :

5634259 ff2 1 1

You may need to exercise your neck so its width matches the jaw's.
Morph with a wider neck :

No, not that I can remember. I only reduced upper eyelid exposure based on the idea you would graft fat to this area, and also reduced the tear through & undereye darkening, assuming that would be the effect achieved by the infra implant (and maybe some fat grafting).

I just double checked, and pfl is exactly the same on the before & after. I measured these 2 pictures :

Zzzzz

I haven't altered your eye aperture & shape, bizygomatic width, nose, and mouth. Your eyebrows are the same too, minus the removal of the central "unibrow" part.
I have only altered your jawline, lower cheekbone contour, upper eyelid exposure and undereyes.

what do you think of what lurking trucel said?
What part do you want me to react to ?

Yeah never mind I just didn't measure it right. Are the cheek bones still to prominent like lurkingtrucel said?

I don't know what can realistically be done for a natural result. Haven't you discussed the malar implant's design with your surgeon ?

Going to do most of that in person when they can scan my face and get morphs. Is that bad? They said they needed to scan me before getting morphs and getting designs.

I see other people knowing exactly what measurements of changes they are getting done. Is that because they have a CT scan that they send the surgeon before hand?
