Your eyes look creepy as fuck, that's a surgery that you can do if you are that obssesed (to be clear they are not ugly eyes, they are creppy psychopathic/autistic eyes)

Your head looks a little small in comparison with your neck/ body you could try growing more your hair maybe? However the reason it's not long already tells me you might look to masculine for it? IDK bro
