was just recently sick and lost weight, also getting back in gym.
6'2 160lbs rn, goal weight is 175lbs

im thinking i can prolly drop the peanut butter for regular butter on the bagels tbh, just to lower the pufas, but i think thats it.

Well we found your weak point. Your Omega 3:6 ratio is definately not good, I'd even go as far as saying it's horrible. You could replace one of your proteins for 2 cans of sardines, or some salmon if you're extra rich.

If you want a good peanut butter replacement you can also look into macadamia nut butter, much lower PUFAs, much higher MUFAs. Alternatively, dark chocolate, as long as it's not a brand way too high in heavy metals.

If you want any other suggestion, I would add some berries, pomegranate or a vitamin C fruit like oranges or kiwi for antioxidants. It depends a lot on where you live but dates can get expensive, they are very poor nutritionally, if you only consume them for the carbohydrates you can just add another banana, and replace the dates for either of the fruits I mentioned.

i probably could replace chicken for salmon, chicken isnt very nutrient dense imo.
ill look in macadamia nut butter, havent seen it in a store i dont think but ill try it out.
and yeah ur right i used to eat a lot of kiwis so it wouldnt hurt to get some more in.
dates are pretty decently priced where im at but i could probably drop them, i just use them for a carb boost, and if i replace it with a banana i could make my K to Na ratio better.
 
Brown rice is very high in arsenic, that's true. White rice literally has negligible levels of arsenic, fish probably has more.

I don't think carbs are bad at all, of course, if you're active as you said. I'm a BJJ athlete, I've done keto and low-carb before, it's shit for my needs, I do a lot of rolling and lift 4 times a week. My body lives off rice, potatoes, honey and rice cakes. Sadly low-carb diets are extremely bad for performance.

no matter how i try making it, liver makes me gag, i dont think its possible for me to get it down, unless if i like blend it and take a shot maybe

gives insane micronutrient profiles on vegetables knowing damn well we do not absorb ts💔💔💔😭
