Hello guys i want yall to be honest with me. My friends says that i am an LTN (pictures below). But is that treu and so yes or no, what can i change to reach my maximum. Keep in mind i can not do any substance like peptides, etc. i am a guy, still in puberty, 16 yrs old an my height is 1,82m (5f11).
