What can I do about my disgusting swarthoid eyes?

My nose is currently a bigger priority, but my eyes are pretty shit too. Any surgeries I can do? Been considering blethoplexy. Ive mostly resigned to being unable to fix them, and hid them with my bangs like in one pic, but there might be smth I can do in some way

tbh if your nose is the issue getting a rhino (assuming your alar base is too wide) will make the eyes look more proportional, see if it looks better and if it still doesnt thats when u start thinking about eye surgeries which are more invasive and dont look that good anyways

Yeah ig, I've never had to change my eyes that much in morphs to make me look decent anyway ig nose could fix my eyes a bit

canthoplasty + lower eyelid retraction surgery + alloderm grafts/infraorbital implants

dont go any further than canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction surgery imo, you run the risk of being uncanny esp since cantho

you could get uee filler to shape that god awful shape of ur upper eyelids if u dont wanna risk any invasive surgery
