Title.
I would generally say I have a decently high iq, i study engineering, and I got a 1550 on the sat in highschool a few years ago with minimal studying. Unfortunately I have pretty shitty impulsivity and inattentiveness that I am in the process of fixing by getting an adderall script(I was diagnosed by a psychologist 2 weeks ago but the clicker test and the forms i filled out are retarded silly measures to see if you're actually adhd)
anyways wondering what you guys are doing to help your iqs, what you recommend for someone like me that will be getting on adderall soon most likely, and whether or not cognitive training (like reading) is actually cope or not. Because I'm trying to get back into it.
