What can I do about my recessed maxilla?

Hello, I'm still in puberty and developing. I have a very recessed maxilla and my infraorbitals make me suicidal. I currently have braces and now have triangle elastics, which go on the upper canine to the bottom 2 teeth. If you know anything besides surgery lmk. I wish I could get MSE but my orthodontist probably would've given me one by now.

maybe, I'm still going to ask my orthodontist some questions around it. Hopefully I get MSE or maybe even a reverse facemask. My recessed maxilla is really bad.
