What can I do about my thin lips

My nose to mouth width ration is about 1,5. My upper lip is about 5 mm and lower is like 9 mm. I’m under 18 so I can’t get fillers or anything

lip filler or fat grafts theres nothing else that can be done
try brushing them in the morning and apply tinted vaseline
