What can I do about overly full lips?

For context, I used faceiqlabs to analyse my face and it said both my bottom and top lip are both overly full, deducting 0.23 + 0.22 points from my harmony. I was wondering if there was anyway to make them smaller without surgery/makeup ofc. Only using softmaxxing techniques to achieve smaller and more conventionally attractive lips.

only thing i could think of is to try and reduce the contrast. they are probably very opposite colored to your pheno / skin tone and it makes it pop out more. some balms help reduce it

yeah some black dudes use it bc they got like dark lips, making them more neutral / pink which looks smaller
