What shampoo and conditioner do you use mirin?

I used a Pantene Pro V shampoo and conditioner, now im trying a keratin shampoo and conditioner from Balea (German brand)

Truth is, you need to figure out if your hair is high or low porosity. Use ressources such as the curly hair subreddit to find a good routine according to your hair porosity.

Talked with another person and my broken hair likely is from the perm i did half a year ago, looks like i need to cut off the broken hair

get a haircut, ask your styler/barber for smth that will look good when you grow it out. as for the frizz get a hair mask/deep conditioner, leave in conditioner and argan oil. use deep conditioner once a week or pair with conditioner and use after you shampoo and leave in 10mins then rinse out fully. fater shower use argan oil and then put on leave in conditioner and DO NOT blowdry.
