What can i do against strong sweating (will give solution)

Gonna talk to a doctor soon but does anyone know anything that can help?

its really not funny anymore, its not even hot and I'm sweating like crazy all the time
I also feel uncomfortable when holding hands because of that

any help appreciated and i will give solution if someone says something that actually works

I don't smell bad ( at least i think so, because i often get compliments on how i smell), but i always have those big ass sweat spots everywhere

Will look into it, but It's not just my armpits, its my hands, back, chest, ass, forehead, literally everywhere

Best to talk to a doctor but in the meantime.

You can use antiperspirants with aluminum chloride, they are stronger than regular deodorants, look for "clinical strength" or ask a pharmacy. Apply at night before bed when sweating is lower it's more effective.

Oral medications can help but you need a prescription, Anticholinergics will reduce sweating system, wide but the downsides can be dry mouth, blurry vision, etc.

You can do botox injections or Iontophoresis this is especially good for palms/feet. You soak hands/feet in water with mild electric current. Over time this reduces sweating. Can be done at home with a device (20 min sessions).
