Tryna improve more lol.

Stats: 16 yrs old, 75Kg 1,84cm.

Skincare routine: I use a mix of citrus and the watery part of a tomato for my skin eveday before going to sleep.
it works pretty well so probably not gonna change anything about that.

Eye area: I got negative tilted eyes and idfk how to fix it, for eyebags i use coconut oil everyday before i go to sleep.

Eyebrows: I derma roll my eyebrows Monday & Wednesday, every other day of the week i use minoxidil 2 times a day and that’s it.

Gym: I got a good friend who goes to the gym often who i always go with and he teaches me how to do every exercise.

Face Muscles: I dont do anything for that at all and i’m really tryna fix that, I need a better jawline + a better maxilla, + i’m bloated as hell, (ik i’m cooked not gonna ropemaxx tho)

(Drugs/Steroids or surgeries are not a option so don’t comment anything like that, ONLY NATURAL STUFF !)

Any help is appreciated if you’re really tryna help me i would appreciate it if you dm me thanks.

all of this is tiktok cope apart from gym. Start saving money for orbital reconstrucuion or your canthal tilt isnt gonna change.
 
Don't listen to anyone saying its cope/ telling you to rope, your routine is fine. Just try to get plenty of sun, air and aerobic exercise every day, as well as lots of water and nutritious whole foods. DO NOT get surgery, you're gonna give urself body dismorphia and also burn a hole in your pocket. Don't take any drugs unless you would like to trade 40 healthy years of your life for a more jacked body that is somewhat dependent on your genetics as well. Keep it up, king
