I feel like i have a decent frame but its not enough i do lat pulldowns
 
Spam delts
I really like cable raises

I hit shoulder twice a week and they cap out
Having a range is better than having a set amount because you’re not gonna fucking hit that every single time especially if you’re going up in weight
 
4 sets is way too much and so are the reps
i could imagine that it would get a good pump though if its high tension but i cant tell cuz i never did 4 sets:feelswhy:
 
Explain to me what you would rather do for a full delt workout
shoulder press 2-3 sets 4-8 reps
lateral raise 2-3 sets 4-8 reps
rear delt fly 2-3 sets 4-8 reps

thats it

Who tf does 1 exercise for a muscle and that it?
You need more sets if you’re not a noob

intensity over volume any day, who's hitting 2+ exercises for rear delts jfl, just fatiguemaxxing at that point bro

prioritize lats, side delts ( can train other shoulders too), train them twice a week 6 sets for lats , side delts 4 sets a week. Split these sets and train both twice a week

Spam delt isolation exercises like machine shoulder press and lateral raises, work lats and learn how to control them so u can fraud and slightly push your frame out, front delts most important here
