What can I do for my dark circles

Ive always had these dark circles under my eyes and people always think im high asf. Is this from a lack of fat in the area or a recessed infras? What can I get done to fix this?

Quick & easy fix:
Concealer, makeup to hide ur eyebags

Longer Term fixes:
Sleep 9hrs a day, drink 3-4L of water a day, No alcohol & limited sodium intake, Vitamin C serums around ur eye area & Niacinamide, infra filler might be an option aswell
