What can I do for my short ramus

Dammit I have a short ramus and a fucked up mandible is there anything I can do to lengthen my ramus to widen my cucked mandible.I also don’t want to fuck my occlusal plane cause I have a normal bite.

Me too I have perfect bite but a really fucking downward grown deformed jaw I'm gonna need braces for like a decade after bimax tbh jfl
