I'm not too informed about surgeries so I can't tell you too much other than a rhinoplasty, just find a certain com of people that vouch for some sources, I only source my own stuff now but I guarantee you HGH would never come with mystery chemical since it comes in a lyophilized powder

About your height it depends if u are a late bloomer or not. U can check that by comparing urself with the brothers that are the same age as u if u have them, and just look into what tanner stage you are in bro
