What can I do on accutane

So I am on accutane for a month and my doctor said that I need to limit my skincare routine(only cleanser, lotion and spf) and I cant go to the gym anymore. Can I do these things or no cause I Will also like to get rid of my acne scars during on accutane.

u can do wtv u want the only reason the doctor told you not to is because it might just cause some slight pain in ur joints / irritation

Just do basic skincare. I've been on 60mg for a couple of weeks and I'm fine.

intense workouts during accutane can cause more joint/muscle pain than usual, its not like he cant do it at all but its just better if he doesnt

I went to the gym six times a week while on it and didn't run into any issues
