ur midface is overly compact, and shorter than ur lower third so u would need a clockwise rotation

esr too close so you would need OBO (risky asl tho, good luck )

i believe your pfl is a bit narrow so you would need a cantho

lips are pretty thin, i would recommend fat grafting rather than filler

this is more optional since its not severe and may not even be needed but i would also recommend a rhino since your nasal tip is a bit bulbous

nah ur midface is not long at all, the ratio is just being affected by how close ur eyes are

if u take ur pointer finger and thumb and measure from the chin to the bottom of the nose (lower third) and then take that same measurement and measure the middle third (bottom of nose to eyebrows) u can clearly see ur mid face is very short, my pointer finger reaches way over ur eyebrows

also forgot to say ur mouth:nose is literally like 1.2-3:1 (eyeballed btw so may not be exactly accurate) so u also need a lateral commissuroplasty.

i can probably try and make a morph of how u would look like after these surgeries when im done with my w*rk

Okay bro lowk I appreciate this because I’m not sure if most people are ragebaiting on here or na. When I dm important people they give me lhtn but then I get like low mtn when I post im not sure if people are jealous or something i genuinely just wanna know where I stand currently.
