what can i do to ascend ? also flaws

what can i do to ascend and what are my flaws also excluding surgeries (for now )but still hardmaxxes
im on 2nd session of lipolab and the swelling is still there in the photos and not gonna show till next week i think but so far i have 4 ml of filler on the way. im gonna use those on my cheekbones and chin gonna widen it maybe and do projection and i think thats pretty much it idk what else to do also
planning on growing out my type 2c hair but idk to what to do when i grow it out or how to style it in the meantime at this odd length stage
im also on armidex to keep growth plates active and im actively coping with ghrp 6 and cjc 1295 idc if it is cope tbh cuz im already 6’0 but still wanna grow a bit me and widen clavicles

how old before and after? I'd say LHTN, I wouldnt go the surgery route

you use kuhl/ mascara?
