potential?

Real good potential. Puberty will get you far. Train hard eat clean sleep well. Stay on top of grooming, and forget about this shit.

training to hard in ur early years is retarded, stop tryna spread bs
What does training "Hard" have to do with "training to hard" why are they classified as the same thing? Training hard is relative. It's subjective. You don't actually grasp or understand the English vernacular to a high enough degree to sit here and attempt to argue semantics with me, you will embarrass yourself.

Also, look at Truett hanes. He was age 9 running Marathons, now what is he doing? Breaking world records, conquering fitness... actually making an dent on the world.

Cope. 1 in a billion? We all start off with jack shit. Anyone can become 1 in a billion. So can you, even though your entire perspective on the world and hard work is skewed. Once you're uncomfortable enough with life, for long enough, 7 days a week (not 3 or 4) the type of comments I'm making will resonate with you. Being content with being a loser is the 1 killer of dreams.

Solid point, im already training delts 23kg per arm but im wondering what other muscle groups would it be beneficial to train in particular?:feelswat:

The whole frame in general is important. What helps give a "mog" wide frame would be: side deltoids, traps, back, lats.

Don't only train those though, obviously. Legs are very important too, as they stimulate testosterone production.

Okay, be a fat lazy piece of low-will powered subhuman shit then. Whatever helps you cope with not doing enough in life, that's totally fine.
He should not train too many times a week during development, that is well known, it might slow his development

Lifting weights does not stunt growth, that's cope and this myth has been debunked already.

If he's so worried about weights, nothings stopping him from performing calisthenics. Age 14 is an amazing age to start training, everyone I know who trained at a younger age is far stronger and more athletic than your typical 18 year old. Training hard and training too hard are not the same thing. Why does this confusion keep occurring?
