im working out already, for a couple of months cause i know its the best softmax i can do. and right now im bulking to like 90kg and now im at like 78kg + im doing muay thai

Bro the only thing im scared about is that the surgeon wont do it as i want ( aesthetics ) do i tell him that i want riskier moovments or what? cause i saw some results on bimax and some ppl are still recessed after it.

Bimax is usually composed of lefort 1 and BSSO. No surgeon will do lefort II for aesthetic reasons. You don’t need it regardless, just get implants.

Malar implants are what will make your zygos / cheekbones pop more lol, they’re cheekbone implants

I deadass have the same underbite I thought maybe braces it helps a lil bit also grow out ur hair it wil look better and if braces don't work me myself was thinking about a LF1 or LF2 depends if ur willing to risk it, but for me i have a underbite an narrow palate but I am willing to risk my health for a complete redo
