Eat healthy, skincare, or Accutane if nothing else works. Also get a rhino you have a squidward nose

i have very similar acne like urs
i just bought retinol and will use it bcs i dont think its worth it for accutane
i suggest u do the same

cut your hair a bit (inch or two) and thin it a bit. I have wavy medium length hair and looks bad if dont thin it. Besides that just put on some muscle and use some BB cream.
Aldo at that hair length you should only be shampooing once a month or so. Just rinse it long with water most days.
