What can I do to ascend naturally?

From the picture you have pretty good bone mass in the brow ridge, and your eyes are pretty aligned, also you're not recessed in the jaw so those are already three big things you have. To start grow out your hair for 7 months, also lose some bodyfat. from the way your face looks I can tell you do have some fat and that is hindering your face. Also i recommend using oral minoxidil for your eyelashes. Also start doing chin tucks, and training your neck.

I think you need to cleanse your face, lose weight, grow your hair, use minoxidil, and work on your neck and hyoid. All of this will probably improve your appearance.

Do you have any recommendations for skin? I don’t have much if any actual acne mainly just left over dark spots and scars from before I did accutane
