What can I do to ascend other than losing weight ?(Hardmaxxing advice)

Softmax for now, don’t go all in unless you’re sure it’s needed. You’ve got solid potential honestly. Maybe grow your lashes a bit, and work on your lips since they look a little off. That’s really about it.

You could get rino tbh. But literally just get lean and don’t cut to fast.

if your mandible is recessed then yes it will help, if you chin is just really short and not projected then either an implant or maybe a genioplasty
