try and get a haircut like Jon Erik Hexum. Start sleeping on ur back, if that doesnt work u can just do surgery. For dark spots, theres plenty of cream and serums online u can get. also try accutane, gets u perfect skin and will shrink nose width. Dont put concealer on, makes skin worse in the long run.
