Take Accutane or use any other topical retinoid. Also, use tinted sunscreen or BB cream to cover acne. You have long lashes, so using a curler works well for you.

Orthodontics, specifically twin block, and palatal expander, look at my post on my profile and u will see my ascenscion from using this. Then from their its just basic skincare since ur acne is barely noticeable, almost non existent and ur already at a mogger height and ur hair is good. happy ascending brah.

just as everyone said just use accutane if you really want to get rid of that acne
a decent skincare routine should also work since you dont really have crazy cystic acne just some redness and bumps
side note i also recommend fixing that hair frizz it will definitely just be another addition to your looks since your hair is already very nice idk if those pictures are taken right after youve woken up but just having a good hygiene routine will work wonders for u
