What can I do to ascend

I've been trying to debloat and work on my eyebrows but I haven't seen much of a difference, what can I do to lower face fat

For eyebrows just use minoxidil or castor oil for longer results, and keep doing softmaxxs and chin tucks to fix your hyoid and neck curls to strengthen ur neck

To lose face fat you need to lose fat. so eat less walk more
